1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any services from Thahiya Travels & Tourism LLC, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
Thahiya Travels provides:
- Visa services (e.g., tourist, transit, business)
- Hotel bookings
- Holiday and tour packages
- Airline ticketing and cruise bookings
- Car rentals and airport transfers
- Educational and corporate tour arrangements
All services are subject to availability and confirmation from our end.
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment, as informed.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved online gateways.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, airline policy, or other factors.
4. Visa Processing
- Thahiya Travels acts as a facilitator for visa applications and is not responsible for delays, rejection, or decisions made by the consulate or immigration.
- Visa fees, once submitted, are non-refundable, even if the application is rejected.
- Providing correct documents is the client's responsibility.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the airline, hotel, or service provider’s policy.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 working days, subject to third-party clearances.
- No refunds for services partially used or no-show clients.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure valid passport, visa, and travel documents before departure.
- Be present on time for flights, transfers, or tours.
- Respect the laws and customs of the destination country.
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and baggage losses. We can assist with insurance arrangements upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
Thahiya Travels is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by:
- Acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or war
- Any act or omission by third-party providers like airlines or hotels
- Personal negligence, illness, or failure to follow instructions
9. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website or booking documents.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
